Our Story

EVE was born from two fundamental ideals:

A love for all beautiful things designed and crafted
with simplicity and elegance,

A desire to create a deep culture of mutual respect
and prosperity in everything we do.

Startup and
challenges.

It is with these lofty ideals that EVE Holdings was
established, starting out as a small scale residential
development company in 2015, with projects in the
eastern suburbs of metropolitan Melbourne, Australia.

Like any other startup, we had our share of early
challenges, setbacks, and of course the occasional
success. And operating in an age-old industry that
can be entrenched in its ways, startups like ours are
often disempowered from pursuing ideals that are
not “normal”.

We would nonetheless persevere.

Today, we are identified as a design-focused
property development group, with an unusually
integrable and authentic code of conduct that
project partners have expressed as “refreshing”.

Together, we focus our current energies on
creating beautiful townhome and apartment
residences, tailored ideally for owner occupier
and family living.
